★★★★★Dr. Lewis & all of his staff have always taken such good care of us. They are friendly, prompt and very caring, especially when you are afraid of needles! They are super patient and never have I felt any pain for any dental work. Our kids go to them as well & they both love going. In fact, if we miss an appointment they make sure we schedule another one right away! We've referred several friends & family & everyone has been happy. They are the best!

★★★★★Dr. Lewis and team at Elite Dental are professional, caring and friendly. My visits to the dentist are not anxiety filled as they have been in the past with other offices … in large part because of the fabulous team at Elite Dental. I would highly recommend them as they're five star in my book.

★★★★★I was recommended to Elite Dental by a friend and I couldn't be more happy! I've never felt more “at home” coming to a dentist office. Very friendly staff, that remember conversations you had 6 months prior! I had a crown done and some fillings and the results were great. No pain at all. Would definitely recommend them.

★★★★★You couldn't ask for a kinder, caring and family-like experience than Elite Dental. There have been several times that I had to have immediate repairs completed to a retainer device that is adhered to my teeth after orthodontic corrections, and without exception they made time for me. Excellent service!

★★★★★I have been a patient for 14 years and have never found a more competent, caring staff anywhere. I travel from Lincoln, Nebraska for my dental care. Today I came for a filling and was in and out expeditiously!

Straight answers from our team. If yours isn't here, call us on (402) 339-2141 — we're happy to talk it through before you book.
We keep time aside for same-day emergency care. Call as early in the day as you can and we will do our best to see you.
Call (402) 339-2141Yes. Elite Dental welcomes new patients of every age, from young children through to grandparents. Call the office on (402) 339-2141 or use the online appointment request form and we will find a time that suits you.
Typically you will be asked to bring a photo ID and a copy of your insurance details, if you have any. It also helps to bring a list of the medications you take and the name of your previous dentist, so we can request your records. Arriving a few minutes early gives you time to complete your new-patient paperwork without feeling rushed.
The American Dental Association recommends that most people visit the dentist every six months. That interval lets us monitor your oral health and catch problems while they are small and inexpensive to fix. Some patients — particularly those with gum disease, a history of decay, or certain medical conditions — benefit from more frequent visits, and we will tell you if that applies to you.
With dental X-rays (radiographs) we can view your teeth and the surrounding structures with remarkable accuracy, and in a way the human eye simply cannot. They reveal decay starting between teeth or underneath an existing filling, infection at the root, bone loss from gum disease, and teeth that have not yet erupted. Without them, a great deal of what matters stays hidden until it becomes painful.
We follow American Dental Association guidelines to help patients prevent tooth decay: brush twice daily with a fluoride toothpaste, floss once a day, limit sugary foods and drinks — especially between meals — and keep to twice-yearly professional cleanings and examinations. The cleaning matters because brushing alone cannot remove hardened tartar once it has formed.
At least once a day. Flossing clears food and plaque from the surfaces between your teeth that a brush cannot reach — which is exactly where decay and gum inflammation most often begin. If traditional floss is awkward for you, ask us about interdental brushes or a water flosser; the best tool is the one you will actually use every day.
Tell us when you book — it genuinely changes how we run the appointment. We want your visit to be as stress-free and as comfortable as possible, so we will slow things down and explain each step before it happens. For patients who need more than that, we offer sedation dentistry, which makes a long appointment feel like a short one. Many of our patients came to us after years away because of a bad experience elsewhere.
Call us on (402) 339-2141 as early in the day as possible — we provide same-day emergency care and keep time aside for it. If a permanent tooth has been knocked out, handle it by the crown rather than the root, place it back in the socket if you can, and if you cannot, keep it in a glass of milk and get to us immediately. Time matters a great deal with an avulsed tooth.
Right here. We offer a range of teeth whitening solutions to give you a whiter, brighter, more confident smile, alongside our other cosmetic treatments — porcelain veneers, smile bonding and tooth-coloured fillings. We will talk you through which option suits your teeth, because whitening does not lighten crowns, veneers or fillings, and those may need to be matched afterwards.
Yes — we provide Invisalign®, which straightens teeth using a series of clear, removable aligners rather than fixed brackets and wires. They come out for meals and for brushing, and most people will not notice you are wearing them. Not every case is suitable for aligners, so the honest answer needs an examination first.
We provide a wide range of dental solutions in our La Vista location, including dental implants, Invisalign®, dentures and root canals, so most patients complete their treatment with us. If your case does require care from an outside specialist, we will refer you to one of our trusted colleagues rather than attempt something better handled by someone else.
You can settle your account at the office or through our secure online payment page. Insurance plans vary a great deal in what they cover, so please call us with your plan details before your visit — our office manager will check your benefits and give you a clear picture of what to expect before treatment begins.
